Alex has over 25 years of financial services expertise spanning banking, investments, treasury, and risk advisory across firms like Societe Generale, Investech, and Gordian Financial. As a senior banker and managing partner, he led trading departments, oversaw budgets and investments, advised on asset and liability management, and drove new business through solid client relationships. 

His diverse experience covers setting up prop trading desks, restructuring debt, optimizing capital, and managing cross-border banking relationships.

As COO and CCO at LeadNBFI, Alex now leverages this well-rounded expertise to maintain operations, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, and implement strategic growth plans. His hands-on understanding of investments, banking, risk, and regulation enables him to anticipate challenges and capitalize on fintech innovations.
